The Ai-Live Transcription System (the Ai-Live System) is a software solution that captures live audio and transmits, in real time, captions of the audio content to a desired terminal. This is a test version of the Ai-Live System which is subject to change without notice to you.

Your use of the Ai-Live™ System is subject to the term (the Terms) of a legal agreement between your organization and Access Innovation Media Pty Limited of 12 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 (Access Innovation Media). This screen sets out the Terms. You should read them carefully. You may print off or save a local copy of the Terms by clicking here [Print | Save]. Your organization may not use the Ai-Live™ System if these Terms are not accepted by checking the Agree to Terms and Condition box within the Login Page of their Administrative interface of Ai-Live™.

Terms – You acknowledge and agree that: you will use the Ai-Live™ System on a non-exclusive basis only for the purpose of trialing and providing feedback to Access Innovation Media in respect of the operation and functionality of the system, and only for so long as Access Innovation Media is willing to provide the system on a trial basis. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Ai-Live™ System (or the servers and/or networks on which the system is run). You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or trade the Ai-Live™ System or any part of it for any purpose. The Ai-Live™ System and any information in connection with or related to the system, is confidential to Access Innovation Media. You shall not disclose such information to any person without the prior written consent of Access Innovation Media.

Access Innovation Media owns all legal right, title and interest in and to the Ai-Live™ System, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in, or are related in any way to, the Ai-Live™ System (whether those rights happen to be registered or not).

All feedback, information and intellectual property rights developed by you in relation to the Ai-Live™ System (Contract Material) shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, belong to Access Innovation Media. You hereby assign to Access Innovation Media all such intellectual property (including without limitation all future copyright and rights to apply for registration of any form of intellectual property right). You agree to execute such documents and do all such further acts and things as Access Innovation Media may reasonably request to vest those rights in Access Innovation Media.

You must disclose all Contract Material to Access Innovation Media on its creation.

Ai-Media is not responsible for word perfect text delivery, and paraphrasing of audio content may occur in the delivery of the service. Your Ai-Live™ session may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

Access Innovation Media does not promise that the Ai-Live™ System or any content, service or feature of the Ai-Live™ System will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected, or that your use of the Ai-Live™ system will provide specific results. The Ai-Live™ System and its content are provided “as is” on an “as available” basis without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Access Innovation Media will not be liable in any way for any loss of any kind including damages, costs, interest, claims or expenses arising from your use of the Ai-Live™ System.

When these changes are made, Access Innovation Media will make a new copy of the Terms available to you from within, or through, the Ai-Live™ System, or by other means. The Terms, and your relationship with Access Innovation Media, are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Access Innovation Media submit to the jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there.
